EVENT STRATEGY
For planners, venues, organizations, and event-hosting businesses.
Your event should work. Not just run — work. For your goals. For your budget. For your team. And for every single person in the room, including the ones who weren't designed for the way most events are built.
That's where I come in.
THE NEURODIVERGENT LENS
And why it helps everyone.
I work through a neurodivergent lens. That means I design for the full range of people in your room - not just the most extroverted ones.
Here's what 15+ years of event work has taught me: when you design events for neurodivergent guests, everyone has a better time. Clear flow reduces anxiety across the board. Intentional pacing keeps people engaged longer. Sensory awareness creates space for actual connection instead of survival. Structured moments give introverts something to hold onto and give your extroverts the energy they're used to generating in a room.
Accessible event design isn't a special accommodation. It's just better design.
And it doesn't have to cost more. Most of the time, the solution is already available inside the constraints you already have. I find it.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
-
60-Minute Strategy Call — $200
This is your starting point and my primary offer.
One call. One problem. One clear direction before the hour is up. I listen (including for the thing you're not saying) and I hand you a solution that is specific to your situation, your constraints, and your team's actual capacity.
No homework. No framework to implement. No follow-up action list longer than what you came in with.
This is for the planner who is stuck on a specific decision, the event organizer who has an idea they can't pressure-test alone, and anyone who has been staring at the same problem so long it's stopped looking solvable.
You leave with: A clear, actionable path forward. Usually one you hadn't considered.
-
Event Audit — Starting at $600
I come to your event. I experience it the way your guests do - paying attention to flow, sensory environment, transition points, engagement patterns, signage, pacing, and the moments where people check out. Then I hand you a written report with specific, actionable recommendations.
The ones that don't require blowing up your budget. The ones that are already within reach.
This is for the annual event that keeps losing attendance. The conference where energy crashes after lunch. The venue that receives the same complaint every year and doesn't know what to do with it. The networking event that should feel energizing but leaves people drained.
Pricing scales by event size and team involvement:
Solo or small team (1–3 people): Starting at $600
Full team working session: Starting at $1,200 (see Facilitation for details)
National travel: Available at a premium — inquire for details
-
The Back Pocket — $300 per session
You have a brief to nail. A boss to impress. A board presentation that needs to be above and beyond — and you need to be the one who looks like they thought of it.
This is a behind-the-scenes strategy session. You bring me the brief, the constraints, the expectations, and the pressure. I find the concept. You walk out with something entirely yours to present, pitch, and own.
Discretion is part of the service. What we build together belongs to you — including the credit.
Best for corporate planners with high-stakes briefs, event professionals who need a thought partner without a visible paper trail, and anyone who's been handed an assignment they weren't entirely prepared for.
(This is also the service where I'll tell you that QR codes at the buffet line might be your entire solution. And I'll tell you why they'll work before you take them to your superior.)
-
Event Strategy Package — $750 (3 Sessions)
For events that need more than one conversation.
We pressure-test your concept, build the structure, and work through the details across three focused sessions. You walk away with a clear, executable plan and the confidence to move forward - or the honest assessment that this particular idea needs more runway before it's ready.
Session 1: Vision, goals, format, and whether this is the right move right now
Session 2: Structure, flow, guest experience, and timeline
Session 3: Vendor strategy, budget reality check, and final review
Light email support between sessions included.
À LA CARTE ADD-ONS
Need a specific piece without the full engagement? These can be added to any package or booked standalone:
Sensory Design Review:
I assess your event environment for sensory friction - sound levels, lighting, crowd density, transition points, spatial flow - and give you specific, budget-conscious adjustments that make the experience better for every guest in the room. Starting at $150.
Timeline & Flow Review:
I look at your run of show and find the gaps. The dead zones. The transitions that lose people. The moments where energy should build and doesn't. Starting at $150.
Vendor Communication Templates:
Custom-written communication frameworks built around how you actually work. Professional, clear, and boundaries-forward — for planners who need their vendor communication to sound like them, not like a corporate form letter. Starting at $200.
