Neuro-Inclusive Event Strategy

for folks who care deeply about their events.

Working with me is where logistics meet leadership, and every detail connects back to your bigger picture. I specialize in neuro-inclusive event design - creating experiences that work for neurodivergent and neurotypical guests alike.

My role is to bridge the gap between your event goals and the way it actually unfolds.

You bring the vision - I make sure it works.

Hi, I’m Paige.

I’ve always been obsessed with how events can do more than fill a calendar—they can move the needle for your business. With a degree in Management and Organization Leadership, and more than 15 years working in people management, guest services, vendor communication, and event execution, I bring a rare balance of both sides: the business strategy and the event logistics.

For me, this isn’t just event management. It’s a holistic approach to events—where I help you refine your strategy, simplify execution, and create experiences that reflect your goals, your brand, and your values.

When you work with me, you’re not just hiring someone to keep the trains on schedule (though I do that, too). You’re getting a partner who understands the “why” behind your event, not just the “how.”

WORKING TOGETHER

What it’s like to work with me:

Think of me as your strategic sidekick. I’m calm in the chaos, sharp with timelines, and unafraid to say, “Actually… there’s a better way to do this.” Whether I’m reviewing your run-of-show or designing neuro-inclusive event experiences that reduce overwhelm for all guests - you’ll find that I’m big on clarity, low on fluff, and really good at finding the gaps no one else sees.

And if you’ve got too many ideas? I’ll help you gut-check what will actually land—and what’s just noise.

On a personal note:

I value connection over transaction. Tell me about you- what you’re loving right now, how you spend your time, and the project you keep coming back to! I’ll go first…

  1. I’m a boy mom, which means my days are filled with dinosaurs, searching for deer tracks, and herding slugs.

  2. It’s highly likely that your email found me while I’m up early to see the sunrise, on the water for a quick paddle boarding break, or at someone else’s event. Actually, it would be quite comical to start a “where your email found me” blog…tbd.

  3. My soul comes alive when the sun comes out. Like, soul splitting joy from the inside out.

HERE’S HOW I CAN HELP

Explore how I can help- In ways designed to help you move forward with confidence, wherever you're headed next.

You’re the DIY’er who got stuck and just need a boost (and maybe a minor redirection) to get back on track.

Short term, behind-the-scenes, support from an experienced professional.

You’ve got a solid plan, but you’d like to actually enjoy your event day instead of being the person to do it all.

Someone to manage the event day so you can (actually) relax and be a guest.

WHY NEURO-INCLUSIVE EVENT DESIGN?

Most event professionals design for the loudest, most extroverted guests in the room. I design for everyone.

Neuro-Inclusive event design means creating experiences that work for:

  • ADHD brains that need clear structure and transition time

  • Autistic guests who benefit from predictability and sensory awareness

  • Highly sensitive people who need quiet spaces and lower stimulation

  • Introverts who thrive with intentional connection (not forced mingling)

  • And many others.

And here’s the thing: When you design events for neurodivergent guests, neurotypical guests have a better experience, too.

Clear agendas reduce anxiety for everyone. Quiet spaces benefit anyone who’s overstimulated. Structured networking helps folks connect and stay focused.

Accessible design isn’t a “special accommodation” - it’s just good design.

If you want your events, workshops, or gatherings to feel intentional, grounded, and truly inclusive, that’s exactly what I help you create.

READ IT FROM THE REAL ONES…

  • ”Paige is an absolute joy to work with. As a wedding photographer with nearly twenty years in the industry, I’ve collaborated with countless wedding professionals, and Paige truly stands out. Her gift lies in her ability to connect with everyone she meets… and invaluable trait on a wedding day when family dynamics are often in the spotlight. She keeps the couple’s priorities front and center while gracefully managing family interactions behind the scenes. Add to that her flawless execution of logistics and attention to the couple’s vision, and you have a planner who delivers on every level. I loved working with her and will happily recommend her to my future wedding clients. Thank you, Paige!”

  • ”If you ever need an event manager, call Paige. She is the BEST and made our day run so smoothly. In a surprise to no one, I had a hard time relinquishing control to another person, but Paige took my craziness and ran with it. I’m so so grateful. (At one point she literally rubbed deodorant off of AA’s suit with her own shirt. She’s the best.)”

  • “Paige is so amazing! She makes the event planning process so much smoother and has taken such a weight off my shoulders when it comes to the logistics and details in my planning process!”

  • ”Paige doesn’t normally assist with weddings, but she helped me out because I’m part of the industry. I am so, so glad I found her. Because I have been doing weddings and events for 15+ years, I was really worried about relinquishing control to someone else, but I never once doubted her. She came through 100%, and her presence on our day was so calming. I can’t thank her enough, and I would hire her for any event moving forward.”

  • “It has been an honor to get to work alongside you these past few months with the Young Professionals of Chehalem Valley and Tunes on Tuesday. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for help/guidance on an event!”

  • ”My wife and I went back and forth about hiring a coordinator for our wedding. I am so grateful that we decided to hire Paige to help run the show. I can truly say that the amount of stress I felt that day was at a minimum thanks to Paige. She brings a calming presence, pays attention to the details (she grabbed us drinks when we were hiding away pre-ceremony, used her own shirt to get deodorant off my jacket, and even grabbed some makeup for some last minute cover up!). Paige is organized, thoughtful, and an all around badass. I want to host another event just so I can work with her again. Highly recommend having Paige on your team!”

    Aaron B.

  • ”I had the privilege of engaging with Paige from an event leadership and consulting standpoint and it was nothing short of amazing. She thinks of everything- from the small details tot he larger more thematic aspects. She commits to taking a concept from idea to reality, deeply caring about her clients and their wishes, while also integrating her unique understanding of people and previous experience leading and managing events. Highly recommend for any who don’t know where to start with their idea, or who just need some help getting organized!”

    Katie H.

  • ”Paige is an excellent event coordinator and she does an amazing job of helping teams figure out exactly what they want, and then helps see each process through to completion. Paige always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied!”
