When you bring me in as your Day-of Event Manager, you’ll receive:
Three pre-event meetings to review plans and finalize details.
Full timeline review to ensure a seamless flow.
Primary point of contact for vendors before and during the event.
Overseeing setup and teardown so you don’t lift a finger.
Rehearsal and ceremony coordination (if applicable).
12 hours of on-site event management on the day of.

No, this package is designed for clients who have already booked their vendors. My role is to step in, review all the details, and manage communication with your vendors leading up to and on the day of the event. If you are having trouble finding vendors, we can add on consulting hours, where I provide recommendations and tips for finding your vendors partners.

It depends on the size and complexity of the event, but I typically begin working with you 1-3 months before your event. We’ll have scheduled meetings at the one-month, two-week, and one-week marks to review your plans, finalize your timeline, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. (And obviously, if we start working together at the 3 month mark, we will have meetings sooner.)

This package includes up to 12 hours of on-site event management. If your event runs longer than expected, additional hours can be added at an hourly rate.

Yes, as long are we schedule it on the day of booking! If your event includes a ceremony or rehearsal, I’ll be there (schedule permitting, of course) to coordinate logistics, manage timing, and make sure everyone feels confident about their roles. If I cannot be there, I have a guide for running your own rehearsal that I can send your way. :)

For most events, I manage the coordination personally. If your event is especially large or logistically complex, we’ll discuss whether an additional assistant is recommended (additional cost will apply).

I oversee all vendor setup and teardown, and ensure everything is placed according to plan and troubleshoot if adjustments are needed. While I am more than happy to help move furniture and decorate as I can, I am a one-person team and require volunteers and vendors to come well prepared to set up their own items.

Full planning involves guiding you through every step of the process, from budgeting to vendor selection. Partial planning/Consulting is for clients who want to book their own vendors but need logistical support. Day-of Coordination/Management is strictly for event hosts who have done the planning themselves and need someone to execute their vision seamlessly.
